<a href="http://plugins.qgis.org">plugins.qgis.org</a><br></div><div><br></div><div>Then, if in the future the resolved URL changes, the perm-link remains valid in places like <a href="http://gis.stackexchange.com">gis.stackexchange.com</a>, etc.<br>
