text file with geographic coordinates in longitude and latitude. It would be extremely beneficial for these utilities to plot their appurtenances and update shapefiles themselves. Experimenting with the current Numerical Digitize plugin, it appears the tool
is designed for XY coordinate entries.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
