Recently I have learned about Mozilla Open Badges:<br>

Basically it is an open specification and infrastructure where anyone<br>
can issue badges which people can collect - and which can be later<br>
verified.<br>

Maybe we could make some use of it as a kind of certifications - and<br>
issue badges to people upon completion of training courses - or just<br>
within the community for the sake of fun (rewards to bug reporters,<br>
translators, donors etc).<br><br>
Just an idea...<br>
