<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:65.2pt"><b><span lang="EN-US">DigitizingTools:</span></b><span lang="EN-US"> Amend Line is disabled because layer CRS and project CRS do not match!<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">The project CRS is EPSG:25832. The shape file has the following
