It could be an issue with libraries.<br>
The application is linked against one you built yourself and runtime
picks up a system library.<br>
LD_LIBRARY_PATH might help in this situation.<br>

Either run the installation<br>

Or run from the build folder (isolated, I use that for

Not sure if it's this but it could potentially lead to qgis
picking up wrong libraries.<br>
