I have found 5 already opened qgis3.0_api issues link to QGIS server
enhancement.<br>
* QgsProject is a singleton #8<br>
* Map Layers and QgsMapLayerRegistry #16<br>
* QgsMapLayerRegistry is a singleton #23<br>
* Singletons #42<br>
* Remove QgsServerProjectParser #57<br>

I'd like to know if the work on QgsProject / QgsMapLayerRegsitry has
