<p>Hi,</p>
<p>QGIS 2x and qt 4.8 had the limitation, that as soon as the user introduced transparencies or blend modes, that the PDF output had to be rasterized.</p>
<p>Is this still the case with qt 5.9x or did something improve along these lines? As far as I know, PDF supports both transparencies and blend modes also for vector objects.</p>
