With current master I cannot find a way to access the
"advanced snapping<br>
configuration" - the panel or dialogue that allow to set
snapping<br>
settings for multiple layers at once.<br>

There is a drop-down button labeled "Advanced configuration" -

nothing happens. No dialogue or panel opens.<br>
<br>
Is this a bug or do I not understand how this works?<br>
