    <p>interesting it is set to relative yet this is what i get</p>

    <p>i did load this project form a 2.18 project with relative names
      into qgis3.</p>
    <p>I will have to look into this further. I am probably doing
      something wrong i am definitely not a power user.<br>

                the only program that has this issue and i never quite
                understood why it was done this way maybe there is a
                explanation besides its simpler for programers. <br>
