<p>looks like building didn't run pyrcc, can you try manually
running:</p>
<p>pyrcc5 -o
/home/martin/src/QGIS/build/python/plugins/db_manager/resources_rc.py
/home/martin/src/QGIS/python/plugins/db_manager/resources.qrc</p>
<p>(I tried to guess your paths)</p>
