<p>Yes - I will do the find and replace in text editor.</p>

<p>But what is the reason that behaviour was changed?</p>

<p>Is there a technical reason to do this change?</p>

<p>For the users such changes are always a bit annoying of course ... but if there is a technical reason (and I understand why this was changed), then I feel a bit better when I do all this find and replace work ;-)</p>

<p>I think the easiest approach is to search and replace in the project files.</p>

<p>Expressions are in so many places in QGIS, it's close to impossible to write code that finds them all and updates.</p>
