<p>It is using the libdxfrw library.</p>
<p>Jürgen might have forked/patched it though, because activity in the original project is basically stalled - I think you can find our version here: <a href="https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/tree/master/external/libdxfrw">https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/tree/master/external/libdxfrw</a></p>
