<div>I tried installing the RC 3.20 on Windows 10 using the new OSGeo4W Network installer as announced at the QGIS download page (https://download.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/v2/osgeo4w-setup.exe) and I didn't succeed to install.</div>
<div>Don't know where is the appropiate place to report?</div>

<div>My findings:</div>
<div>- As a normal user I don't have a possibility to install for all users anymore (no direct admin access). No idea wether this is intended to increase security. When running the application with admin rights this option is selectable.</div>
<div>- Installation was to a different directory than with the previous setup (C:\OSGeo4W instead of C:\OSGeo4W64 as with previous version)</div>
<div>- The third selectable download site www.norbit.de had many unavailable files</div>
<div>- Some libraries and python bindings have been downloaded and extracted to C:\OSGeo4W but *no QGIS 3.20 related files* have been installed</div>

<div>Is somebody already working on this or am I the only one facing these issues?</div>
