Is the data hosted in database such as PostgreSQL? Per my <br>
understanding, the whole world is indexed once and then web applications <br>
use indexes for fast lookup and selective loading. Please excuse my <br>
remark if it sounds absurd, I'm a newcomer to GIS realm.<br>
