If we install the Qgis server from the Qgis repositories: <br>

trying to access the landinpage '/catalog', then the request fail with <br>

/usr/share/qgis/resources/server/api/ogc/static/landingpage/index.html```<br>

And, indeed,  no 'landingpage' directory exists at the above location.<br>
<br>
The resources files existed in the 3.22 packaging, but are gone since 3.28<br>
<br>
Is this a packaging error or do I missing something ?<br>
