to address (e.g. vectorized output from webengine, mac

first release where qt6 builds would be the official ones.

Hi, just a small comment: as a frequent qgis user who regularly
builds qgis from source (git main, on fedora linux), I've tried a
qt6 build a few times. I loved it, and must say I'd love it when
qgis finally officially makes the switch. However, the most
important (and possibly only) blocker for me was the lack of qt6
support in many plugins, which basically rendered qgis useless for
me because my work really depends on a few plugins. So unfortunately
I needed to switch back to qt5 builds to be able to do what I need
to do.<br>
