I hope it will be clear that this can include a "push this button to<br>
report X", but that any kind of phone-home code that reports usage<br>
without an explicit user action is prohibited and grounds for immediate<br>
removal.<br>

I'm actually saying this instead of assuming it, because I remember a<br>
plugin author, within the last few years, suggesting that it was ok for<br>
their plugin to not only phone home that it was in use, but to send<br>
