[QGIS-it-user] EXPORT TO MYSQL

Buongiorno a tutti 

sto cercando di capire come poter esportare uno shape file all'interno di un
Db di MySQL utilizzando Qgis. 
Ho trovato questo topic:

non mi è molto chiaro ma se ho capito bene o si usa un applicativo ogr2ogr
che non conosco o anche salvando il layer con nome, ma non ho trovato il
modo in qgis 

Ho anche visto che tempo fa esisteva un plugin dedicato "export to
MySQL"....ma che non trovo. 

Qualcuno potrebbe aiutarmi e darmi indicazioni?
