[QGIS-it-user] QGIS 3.0 installation problem

once  the *.exe file download  done and the installation launched,  at the
end  the following message appears :


QGIS
Package: qgis-common
    qgis-common.bat exit code -1073741515


And QGIS can't start. Is it a resolvable problem?
