[Qgis-psc] New Community Team Mailinglist and IRC

Hi, 

I added an IRC channel "#qgis-community-team" to freenode.net and the new
mailing list is running as well. See community area at QGIS wiki.

I guess I can now start to work with the new community team, but again, what
is the easiest way to move the doc list members to the new list?
