[Qgis-psc] HF Wroclaw financial report

Hi

+1 from me to send to mailing lists.

Finances seem to be looking good. Perhaps at some point we can give each
attendee a t-shirt or cap. It's not much in return for the time they are
donating but will probably be appreciated a lot.
