[Qgis-psc] Please vote: Write access for Victor Olaya

Hi All

I would like to propose that we grant write access to Victor Olaya.
Victor is an extremely competent developer and has been porting the
SEXTANTE framework to QGIS. I would like us to enable him to do his
work directly in QGIS so that SEXTANTE is a default component of QGIS.
