[Qgis-psc] merging jobs

Hi all.
We have a number of relevant, possibly important, jobs to be merged
(the first that come to my mind: Alvaro speedup and GSoC style
manager). The more we wait, the more difficult the merge will be
(besides demotivating authors). I know this is a difficult and not new
issue, but I think we should really deal with it.
Any ideas? I'd be in favour of setting up some money for this, it it
can help.
