Hi Chris (second attempt at this email as I think I got your email address
wrong last time!)

We (the QGIS PSC) would like to invite you to become a 'core' committer on
QGIS. Core committer status would transfer to you the ability to directly
maintain code in the following areas:

* delimited text provider

Our expectation is that if you wish to contribute (by direct commits) to
other areas of the code base that you should please discuss your plans with
Marco Hugentobler (who is the PSC member in charge of the code base) and
the developers mailing list in general in order to make sure that your
plans are aligned with the general goals and ethos of the project.

Before we can accept you as a core committer, we ask you to please read
http://hub.qgis.org/wiki/quantum-gis/Contributor_Guidelines and reply to
this message indicating that you have agreed with these pages.

Also please let me know your github username so that I can add you at that
time.

We look forward to welcoming you as a new committer to the QGIS team! Once
you have been given commit status, please add your details to doc/AUTHORS
in the format defined in that file.

Best regards

Tim (on behalf of the PSC)
