Hi Larry,

Thanks, it was a team effort!

The map is based on an old and original map of Sussex from 1846 we purchased from an antic shop in Brighton. The hardcopy is kept in a safe place for future QGIS museum!

Cheers,

Saber

Hi,

I just wanted to add my compliment to Anita on the Brighton splash screen. It is outstanding and I enjoy seeing it every time I relaunch QGIS! The background map provided by Saber is also an excellent choice.

Thanks! Please feel free to go ahead and add it to the source if there
are no more requests for changes.

Best wishes,
