[Qgis-psc] Devs informed about paid bug fixing program

Hi all,

I informed Jürgen, Larry and Nyall that they have been selected (5 days 
each) for the paid bug fixing program. I also informed Victor and 
Matthias that they haven't been selected this time - but that they may 
be good candidates to work on the Processing test suite. Martin Dobias 
said that he wouldn't have time currently anyway.

Strk seems to work with Sandro Mani now on the GEOS precision issues - 
glad that this process got started! The issue turned out to be more 
complicated than originally estimated.

So - just wanted to let you know that things got started ...
