[Qgis-psc] Publish link to our user survey on start page

Hi,

Here is a banner for the QGIS Usage Survey: 
https://drive.google.com/a/qgis.org/folderview?id=0B0h3PAH5uoY6TGtKN2E5ZzEyb0k&usp=sharing 
in .png and .xcf format.

Can someone please include this at the webpage?
