[Qgis-psc] Co chair election result and next steps for verrein

Hi all

The co-chair results are in, everyone has voted:


Jürgen Fischer	1	11.1%
Anita Graser	        2	22.2%
Andreas Neumann	2	22.2%
Paolo Cavallini	4	44.4%


So assuming Paolo is willing, he will stand as co-chair (congrats Paolo!).

The next step for the Verrein is for me to print, sign, and send on to Paolo to co-sign, and then he should post them on to Andreas to sign and lodge them on our behalf.

I will also write a blog article on the QGIS blog explaining what is going on for general information.

I also wanted to clarify that Gary will still serve as active voting member of the board in his role of lifetime Honorary member, and that should be conveyed in our broader communications since it seems there was some confusion about this with some of the unofficial social media messages going around.

Once Andreas has the paperwork, he can do the needed things to get an organisation number for QGIS.
