[Qgis-psc] Possible funding for devs to begin Qt5/Python 3.0 port?

Hi,

In this very same email (see below) you can find the link to the budget 
2015.

As you can see, we budgeted 5k Euros for documentation in 2015, of which 
we spent 2.4k already. So we can still spend 2.6k this year.

Given that we planned the documentation for the next LT release, we can 
already start now with the 2.6k we still have in the 2015 budget and 
then the rest in 2016. I suggest to budget at least another 5k Euros in 
2016 (if not more) - to be discussed in an upcoming QGIS.ORG board 
meeting about budget.
