[Qgis-psc] Possible funding for devs to begin Qt5/Python 3.0 port?

Hi Otto,

I agree with Richard - plan ahead with what you want to achieve, fill in 
the numbers. It will help with creating the 2016 budget. We can still 
remove things, if we can't afford them (or ask for voluntary contributions).
