[Qgis-psc] announcing 2.12?

Maybe we should wait with the announcement until QGIS 2.12.1 is out 
(being cynical ;-)

If you can't wait with the announcement I don't have a problem with the 
Visual changelog ... if you copy that stuff over tomorrow.
