[Qgis-psc] Changing signatures of our mailing lists

Hi,

You all know that we quite often get emails asking how to unsubscribe. 
Looking at our mailing list signatures I have to say that it is really 
not obvious that the link provided has to be used to unsubscribe.

Currently it reads:

> Qgis-user mailing list
> Qgis-user at lists.osgeo.org
> http://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/qgis-user

Could we change it to something like:

Qgis-user mailing list (Qgis-user at lists.osgeo.org)
Main QGIS list for user questions
To change your subscription settings, see the archive or unsubscribe
please visit http://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/qgis-user

I think it would also be useful to have a very brief statement what this 
mailing list is about. Quite often, people subscribe the UX mailing 
list, thinking it is the user mailing list. If we have a bit more info 
what this mailinglist is about, they may perhaps find out themselves, 
that they are on the wrong list ...

It would save us some annoying and unnecessary emails if we can be 
clearer about our mailing lists.

Who can change our mailinglist signatures?
