​There is budget for OSGeo4W within the 2016 OSGeo budget. I think we
should take it to the OSGeo discuss list and suggest which core OSGeo4W
tasks should be sponsored.
Since I don't know enough about which cleanups are necessary and what's
needed to keep OSGeo4W up to date, I'd ask you to get involved too.
