[Qgis-psc] Splash 2.14

Hi,

I just had a look at the new 2.14. Very nice but it seems we missed what
we talked about when we added the splash screen.

Andreas suggested:

"We can put the "Map courtesy of Stadt Essen" text into the QGIS about
dialog. We did the same with QGIS 2.0 (Dufour), where we had to put a
copyright notice about the map into the about screen. Sorry I don't have
a screenshot of this old about screen anymore.

But the idea is to put that text just below the GNU license URL. We
could put two sentences there:

- QGIS Splash screen map courtesy of Stadt Essen

- Thanks to the Linux hotel (Essen) for hosting the 2012 and 2014
developer meetings

I think we need to update this, because the City of Essen asked for it.

Regards,
Otto
