[Qgis-psc] Splash 2.14

Hi,

Thanks to Otto who got in contact with the city of Essen to get us some
nice splash map material, I've now been able to draft the next splash
screen.

Since we've also received request to mention the Linuxhotel, I've created
one draft with and one without the hotel:
