[Qgis-psc] 2 years for future Long Term Releases

I'd strongly vote for 1 single LTR at a time (be it every 1 or 2 years).

If there should be more, it's the organization in need's call to bring
in the manpower for the support.

I also think that we should be clear that the LTR is provided on all
platforms supported on its first release (.0 patch). Every other
platform may be added but there is no guarantee.
