Hi Andreas,

some notes:

- the presence/trip of Harrisou to Bonn would also have been paid from 
the documentation budget was the plan (I'll resend you the bills to check)

- isn't Yves more or less in the role of 'documentation'-guy (sitting on 
the chair of Otto?)
