[Qgis-psc] Approval of financing QGIS Server improvement work

Hi All

Just an update that the QGIS Server proposal to budget 13k Euros for
finishing the QGIS Server preparations for QGIS 3.0 was approved:

19 Yes
1 abstention due to conflict of interest
7 non votes

Andreas will you let the appropriate people know so that they can spring
into action?
