[Qgis-psc] QGIS for Mac OS packaging and infrastructure

Hi,

Regarding the 600 US $ per year for dedicated server and 99 US$ per year
for developer certificate cost: this shouldn't be a problem. I increased
the infrastructure budget by 500 € to accommodate for that. It is now at
2000 €, in 2018 we used 830 € so far, maybe 1000 € per year's end. So this
should easily fit into the 2k € for next year.
