[Qgis-psc] Voting about issues

Hi,

Let's not complicate things.

QGIS.ORG is already complicated enough with worldwide users and devs,
different time zones, legal entity, etc.. No need to record meetings, in my
opinion. The written meeting minutes cover everything that is relevant.
There is nothing hidden.

Community members are welcome to join the PSC meetings, if they want to.
They are usually every first Monday in the month at 20:00 pm, MET.

Depending of the topics on the agenda, the PSC is also actively inviting
additional participants to the PSC meetings.

Greetings,
Andreas
