[Qgis-psc] Documentation writing: let's go

Hi,

personally this month was a little bit overkilling. In the next month I
should be able to do more on this.

We still have a lot of issues (damn you QGIS devs! :D ), but the awesome
QGIS doc team is doing a super job.
