[Qgis-psc] Writing docs

Hi all,

sorry to insist. I'd like to have your opinion before proceeding. Should
we make a public announcement, or contact directly in private those who
already did some work on docs?

The first has the problem that we may get people that jumps in without
previous experience, which can make the reviewers waste a lot of time,
and that those who donated their time until now could feel usurped.

The second may give the impression that we do not act transparently.

Thanks.
