[Qgis-psc] PSC meeting on March 4th

I think any time is good, from Thursday on, at least it is for me.
Better doing it early, so we'll have more time to implement eventual
decisions during the HF.
Maybe it will be more difficult for those who will not attend the HF, so
please suggest your preferred time.
