Hi Tim,

yes I remember, but it is not for tax reason IIRC but rather the
opposite. It is because institutions cannot sponsor.

Anyhow, let's see when we are accepted, from then the wording is on us
(see for example https://github.com/sponsors/mbernasocchi)
