[Qgis-psc] QGIS resources repository needs a maintainer

Hi PSC,

Håvard used to maintain the QGIS Resources sharing (https://github.com/qgis/QGIS-Resources) repository. Since he left us, i think nobody is doing this job, and we have a number of pending pull requests.
It could be nice to make a call and find people volunteering for this. Thanks.
