Could you clarify what the issue with the wording is from your perspective?
>From my point of view the current wording is clear and correct as per the
original intent which is to give people actively engaged in the making of
QGIS an equal seat at the decision making table in relation to people
entering the voting corpus from out in the broader user community.

Transifex is specifically included to include translators who are given
equal weighting in our eyes as document writers, infrastructure maintainers
and developers. We don't use weblate so introducing that into the equation
wouldn't make any sense.
