[Qgis-psc] Expressions of Interest - Company to hire Webdev and Documentation writer

Hi Marco,

With respect to the recent excellent news on the total member
contributions amount, I hope it is time now to make sure that the 2
"professional contributors" to be hired, will get the same pay rate
(finally removing any subconscious 'this is year 2000 where we consider
documentation writers as under-classed' mentality).

It is my opinion that, if we all don't receive the same pay rates (we
*all* are key parts of the FOSS4G development team today), then not a
single person should be paid (imagine that, how fast the ones who've
been receiving the much higher rate will complain suddenly, and, then
things will change to make all of the development team get paid the same).

Thanks for listening, as always,

-jeff
