android to create a dummy app to allow donating to foss projects
(like a QGIS donate app</div>
). The app does nothing beside charge the user with a fixed ammount
using android's internal payments system. All payments (donation)
coming from this system will go to the <a class="moz-txt-link-abbreviated" href="mailto:android@qgis.org">android@qgis.org</a> linked
merchant account.<br>
