</span>agreed. IMHO a reasonable procedure is:<br>
* I can approve all core devs and psc member req<br>
* all other cases will be brought to the psc<br>
* in case of no reply by the majority of psc members within a reasonable<br>
time (3 days? 1 week?), the request is denied<br>
* we have a fairly special case for the growing number of non EU devs:<br>
for these, expenses are one order of magnitude higher, so I think we<br>
have to decide whether to treat all on equal basis (nice, but very heavy<br>
on our budget) or otherwise.<br>
