<p>The QGIS 2.10 changelog (<a href="http://www.qgis.org/en/site/forusers/visualchangelog210/index.html">http://www.qgis.org/en/site/forusers/visualchangelog210/index.html</a>) states that "While we work on the changelog for ...." you can find it here</p>

<p>Isn't the changelog already finished and ready to be published like the other releases? The only thing I see that really needs fixing is the outdated list of sponsors. Or is someone working on other improvements?</p>
